REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at BearsCycleShop.com.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your work or purchase from us, we are here to help.

Carburetor rebuilds by mail are warrantied as follows: Please call us first for technical support before concluding that there are issues with your freshly rebuilt carbs. Often times ignition problems and other issues can seem an awful lot like carburetion problems. Technical support by phone or email is free of charge to all rebuild customers.

If we determine that there is a problem with your rebuilt carburetors, or can’t rule it out, you may ship the carburetors back to us for inspection. If we determine that there was an issue overlooked by us during the rebuild, we will correct it and ship your carburetors back at our expense. If we testthe carburetors and find that no problem exists, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Aftermarket parts are warranted by their particular manufacturer. Please contact us for more information if you are dissatisfied with any aftermarket parts purchased through us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when the item was received.  Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  Items in used condition are generally NOT eligible for return/refund.  Due to the nature of the use of aftermarket motorcycle products, items used are often not eligible for warranty consideration.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item.  Shipping charges for your order are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have any questions on how to return your item, contact us at [email protected].
