Bear Cycle is now offering vapor blasting in-house. If you know, you know – It’s the finest surface treatment for any and all aluminum parts. Less aggressive than dry media blasting, the process cleans grime and corrosion away without removing metal or impregnating the surface with grit. The pores of the cast metal are peened shut by a slurry of fine glass bead and water, producing a bright satin finish that’s resistant to corrosion and looks very much like factory silver engine paint.
